1. Recruitment

Roubler’s recruitment system provides multi job posting software, streamline your candidate applications to automatically create shortlists for hiring managers, automate your screening process, create and nurture a talent pool, and engage with candidates.

Once you’ve hired a candidate, their data automatically flows through to their employee profile in Roubler so they can onboard themselves and be ready to start work in minutes. All without any data entry or syncing data!


2. Onboarding

Once you’ve confirmed your new hire, you can set up your new employee’s profile with basic information such as name, email address, position, remuneration, manager’s name, working location and commencement date. Roubler can then send an email to the employee which confirms their employment information ie pay rats, location, start date and time and invites them to onboard themselves.

Employees simply enter their contact details, emergency contact, medical information, licences, qualifications, payroll and tax details and visa information directly into Roubler.

Roubler provides a fully customised induction and onboarding process which can include reading and signing documents like employee hand-books, company core values, policies and health and safety procedures.


3. Auto Rostering

Use our one click “smart roster” to automatically roster your team or use our simple and easy to use drag and drop rostering tool.

Our inbuilt live costing tool allows managers to see exactly how much it will cost for each employee or shift and calculates in real time your labour costs with full award interpretation.

Once the schedule is approved, staff are instantly notified by email and push notifications.


4. Employee Self Service

Your team have access to their work life anywhere anytime, allowing them to complete onboarding tasks, update their personal and payroll details, apply for leave, advise of unavailability, view their schedule/roster and swap shifts, and access payslips. The one system and single source of truth means any changes are automatically and instantly updated across your workforce tools and payroll.


5. Leave Management

Employees easily submit leave requests using their mobile or desktop app. Managers can then easily view, update and approve the status for all employee leave requests.

The auto rostering tool identifies “unavailability” for simple and easy scheduling without the need for a separate system or leave forms. Leave balances and payroll information is automatically updated instantly.


6. Time & Attendance

Record staff hours through the Roubler time tracking app then easily approve with the intuitive approval processes making this a seamless and easy process eliminating time consuming approval processes whilst ensuring absolute confidence in accurate time records.

Unlike using messy single point systems, Roubler calculates the employee’s pay with full award interpretation in real time. Managers then simply review and approve employee timesheets, individually or in bulk, ready for payroll in only a few minutes.


7. Payroll

Once timesheets have been approved, the time and attendance data is automatically synchronised with the fully integrated payroll function. Payroll is then calculated and submitted with your approval.

The payroll engine also provides you with dozens of ready-to-run reports along with a sophisticated and easy to use report builder, making reporting and compliance that much easier.


8. Workforce Analytics

From the moment you log in, Roubler’s dashboard gives you key workforce statistics ie no shows, leave, approvals remaining, attendance data, breaks all in real time to allow you to understand the pulse of your workforce including live feeds from your POS or sales system data.

Through our Workforce Analytics feature you can see total scheduled hours (budget versus actual), employee costs, predicted sales and labour efficiency information at-a-glance.


9. Documents

Our dynamic and easy to use document library with drag and drop functionality and wonderful search capability allows for easy and logic storage of all HR and employee documentation in one place. No more challenges around checking multiple systems for documents, Roubler all-in-one system stores them in one convenient place.


10. E-Learning

Powered by Go1, create your own training courses using existing paper-based content or select from over 1000 ready-to-deliver courses to create custom learning pathways and certification courses relevant to your business. Employees can then complete the required training on any internet-enabled device.

Course registration and completion information can be viewed from within the employee profile in Roubler.
